Our newly renovated holiday home in Mariapfarr (in the Salzburg Lungau) is now ready for rent!The house with garden is located next to a small stream, has 7 beds (+2 pull-out beds) and is ideal for a family holiday in the countryside. There is a small in-house playground and a sun terrace and a garden shed with seating and storage. In the immediate vicinity of the house are 2 playgrounds, which are within easy walking distance. 4 ski areas are in the vicinity: Fanningberg in Mariapfarr (10 minutes away), Großeck-Speiereck in Mauterndorf (10 minutes), Aineck - Katschberg (15 minutes), Obertauern (25 minutes).

On the ground floor of the house is the fully equipped kitchen with lounge, and the blue room with sleeping facilities and the bathroom with toilet. Upstairs are the bedrooms (the large room with double bed and couch, the sun room with double bed and two extra beds in the next room) and a separate toilet. Also a cozy covered balcony with seating is located on the upper floor. In the house itself, a washing machine with dryer, a TV (with satellite), a radio, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner and a hair dryer available. There is also free Wi-Fi in the house from December 2018. Toys for children are also available.
