Our house is in a sunny quiet location directly on the slope (100 m) and trail (30m). Our chalet has 2 balconies, a terrace, 70 m² kitchen with TV, 2 rooms one with TV, 2 toilets, washing machine and free garage. In summer, wonderful hiking and biking trails, golf courses, right on the bike park, Leo Card for free.

Enjoy your holiday in our secluded chalet with 2 balconies of a beautiful terrace with views of the Leogang mountains, the Stone Sea and up to the Hochkönig. Sunrise 5:50 am - Sunset 8:35 pm. Large kitchen, dishwasher, 1 double and a 2-bed rooms each with a TV, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 separate toilet and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi! Free garage!
