Better than expected!

Wendy is a terrific hostess! The unit came with more than enough kitchen ware and consumables, and whatever may have been missing, Wendy provided immediately and without question. She has been very responsive to any of our requests. The property is in Spring Valley, not Summerlin, but there is a supermarket, Home Depot, Target, and several restaurants all within a reasonable walking distance. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac with virtually no traffic. Kudos to Wendy; she is doing a great job!

Amazing property

Great location, central to many attractions. Beautifully renovated and host was super responsive. We had a wonderful time and if we ever get back to Vegas would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay in a wonderful home

Wonderfull home in a great setting secluded quiet neighborhood a jewel among gems. Would stay at this property everytime we visit the area on a scale of 1-10 it is without question a 10+

Why they chose this property

Everything you need is here for a great vacation or place to work while in Las Vegas. I have traveled the world and have taken the best of what I have learned. Plenty of towels, stocked kitchen with all appliances and utensils you could ever need. Fridge has condiments you will need as well as coffee, spices, and even some popcorn!

The 3rd bedroom is specifically set up with kids in mind so I designed it to include a bunk bed, desk and chair for them and nice touches like a dino rug and art work.

What makes this property unique

Rarely do you see a home in Las Vegas for these amenities and location for the price. Best place to stay on vacation with a family that is close to everything while removed from all the noise. Here is your Oasis while still being close to the action in a space designed for small groups to enjoy together.
