The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with 1 double bed, dinette, TV and Sea view and air conditioning. You have access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with dinette, TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Rogoznica. The studio is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house there are DAL SIB 351 (6 people) and DAL SIB 352 (3 people). Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity of the property. A restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a car park in the town. The car park is opposite the property, about 10 metres away. It costs about 30 euros per week.
