Good room but narrow

The room was a good temperature, easy to adjust. Bathroom nice, and the hot tub was great. It's in black comb village and less than a five minute walk to the gondola from the unit. Ski storage is a breeze. My only difficulty was the room was very narrow when the pull out bed was in use. You'd have to crawl over it to get to the bathroom to the master bed. Which is a terrible way to wake a friend up in the middle of the night.

Location was great. Room had electrical issues that owner knew about but decided to tell us only the day of. Never received checkin info i had to reach out via several channels. Place was an ice bucket when we arrived window was left wide open. Fireplace kept making loud ticking sounds. I expected more especially that i stayed in the same building last year in a different room and that room was great.

Why they chose this property

Staying in the Upper Village of Whistler has its perks. Hate long lines? Avoid the massive line ups in the main Village, and jump on Upper Village's own high speed 8 person Gondola (built in 2018) to take you straight up the mountain in minutes. Love to Apres? Take a walk along the Upper Village boulevard and stop in at one of the many restaurants and pubs. Want to celebrate your first Black Diamond Run with a drink and dance? Stroll down to the main Village (10 mins) for boogey and beer at one of the many pubs/clubs.
