SPRING AND SUMMER 2024 ROOF RENOVATION PROJECT
The Greyhawk complex is undergoing a roof renovation between April 8 and the end of summer 2024. The construction site is active on weekdays, Monday to Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays. The work is hectic and loud, with consistent hammering throughout the day. Construction bins and materials are around the complex and fenced off.
All spring and summer prices are discounted to reflect this inconvenience. No further refunds will be issued due to the active construction zone. Please do not book this unit if you have little children or if you are planning on spending lots of time inside.

The Greyhawk complex is located in the secluded area of Blueberry Hill, just a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk along the Valley Trail to the start of Whistler Village. The complex features an outdoor Hot Tub surrounded by a beautiful forest, exercise equipment, a pool table/games room, and a steam room. This prime locations offers easy access to the Valley Trail, Alta Lake and Whistler Golf Course.
LOCATION: BLUEBERRY
A quieter neighbourhood in Whistler, located just off the Sea to Sky Highway, is situated slightly higher than the main village which allows you to experience the surrounding alpine views. Blueberry is positioned perfectly to enjoy both Creekside and Whistler Village during your stay, as it is only a 3-4 minute drive from both. Multiple bus stops that are regularly serviced allow ease of travel to Creekside or the main Village. Blueberry is the ideal location to enjoy one of Whistler's best lakes... Sunbathe on Blueberry docks or hire a kayak or SUP board and navigate the serene waters of Alta Lake.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
