The house is located on the outskirts of Mariapfarr in a quiet south-facing slope, with wonderful panoramic views. The winter hiking trails lead partly past the house. Ski slopes and cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity, easily accessible by car or public shuttle service. The bus stop is 7 minutes on foot. The center and the shopping facilities can be reached in 15 minutes. On the outskirts of Mariapfarr in sunny south-facing slope with stunning panoramic views. Patio and sun loungers offer the opportunity to relax in the open air. The paths lead past the house. Hiking in the area can be started directly at the house. Shops and bus stop can be reached in 10 minutes. Carport and parking space available
