Great plan for a weekend with the gents

Me and 6 friends stayed for 3 nights and had a blast. Super spacious and comfy. Needs a bigger couch and a pool table but everything else was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Mountain getaway

This was a great cabin for a mountain getaway. Lots of space to sleep. Clean and tidy. Everything we needed to cook and prep our meals. Dog friendly. Play board games that they supplied at the house every night. Lots of fishing, paddle boarding on face Lake.

house is beautiful, a little too far to walk to lake and back (uphill) for kids and senior adults. easy to communicate to owners. telus phone does not work for calls at house or lake, but wifi is good - roger worked fine

Loved the cabin and the peacefulness.

I was there with 3 other friends to go mountain biking in the region. The cabin was perfect for the 4 of us. We could of been more if we wanted. Communication with the owner was pretty fast ans easy throught the app on your phone. We had access to wood for the fire pit outside of the fire place inside. I would suggest the place to all of you without any problem. Its a very beautiful log cabin, you'll love it. Lots of space and the kitchen is good to cook. We did lots of cooking and we enjoyed it.

Amazing weekend Getaway!

“The girls trip that made it out of chat” We had an amazing weekend away in this home away from home. The kitchen was perfect to make all our meals in! Lots of space and beds for everyone. What a Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful stay at Mile High Estates! The cabin is beautiful - lots of room with beds and three full bathrooms. Laundry, foosball, bbq, fire pit, outdoor seating, woodstove...it was well suited for a weekend getaway for my family. We fished, hiked, walked and enjoyed the gorgeous fall scenery. It had been 20 years since we had been up to the area - so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Excellent communication - check-in was smooth, questions were answered in a timely manner - owners are awesome!

Friends weekend awy

We had 4 couples at the cabin. It was spacious for us all. We were close to Lac La Jeune lake to swim. Face lake was nice but no beach to put chairs on and really enjoy the lake. Possibly the resort side could have been fine but because we had a dog with us we could not explore that option. The cabin was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Log Cabin

While we enjoyed our stay and the owners were extremely friendly, there are a few things that needs some attention for repairs and cleanliness needs to be improved. The beauty of the mountains and a short walk to the lake was a sight to see. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

A COZY BIG CABIN RETREAT!

Thank you Ken and Sue! My seven sisters and I had an absolutely wonderful Sisters Retreat! The facility was immaculately clean, everything was there for us to have a relaxing stay. Wood was provided for the stove (some paper for starting fires would be appreciated). The kitchen was convenient and the furniture and big beds comfortable. (The basement beds could use a bit better mattresses) All in all, we would stay again!

Great stay at Mile High Estates

This is a great big house with oodles of space. It's very remote, but the road there is paved and it has full amenities of a modern lodge. You can't rely on the small store at Face Lake for anything, so you either have to pack in what you need, or be prepared to drive 20min to Logan Lake. It was perfect for a group of 50 year olds to ride dirt bikes through the endless network of backcountry roads and dirt track.

Perfect Place to relax and recharge

Absolutely beautiful. The main floor is spacious open floor plan with a kitchen, dinning room and living room. Kitchen is stocked with all of the pots/ pans and utensils needed. There is a smart tv in the living room. There is also a bedroom, bathroom and laundry on that floor. The top floor has a bedroom with a bathroom. There are also 2 beds in the loft area. Down stairs there are 4 single beds with a little sitting area and table and a bathroom. There is also a fossball table as well. We came with 4 adults,4 kids and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for everyone. A beautiful deck that was great to sit out on to have our morning coffee. We had absolutely amazing time and left feeling realized and recharged. The hosts were amazing and we would definitely come back again.
