Upstairs king studio in a 1910 building in an older part of downtown Medford. Expect alley access, designated parking, and normal downtown foot traffic. This clean and comfortable budget stay includes a private kitchen and bathroom, a Casper king mattress, Roku TV, fast WiFi, and access to shared laundry facilities. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, theaters, and downtown conveniences.

Kind of rougher part of town.Upstairs stairs are steep if you have more than one trip up.We were moved downstairs-which was better.No filters for coffee maker.Only one coffee cup.People were ice to deal with and very responsive.Our usual place was not available—it was the same price but more convenient, modern and many upgrades.

wonderful spot that we could take our dog on a drive up to Portland. We went to dinner at a place nearby that was opposite a movie theater - recommended by hosts, it was lovely. great place to stay!

The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The apartment had everything needed for a quick stay on the journey home. Host was very welcoming and proactive about any communication. I would love to stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

Clean and Convenient!

We only stayed for one night but this cute comfortable spot would have been great for a week or more! The accommodations were clean and cozy. Our pup enjoyed the treats in the jar!

Excellent location, everything we intended to see was only minutes away. Property manager was very prompt with making sure any issues were addressed quickly.

Never Again

We did not realize the location was in a bad neighborhood. There were very rough and homeless people on the streets. The neighbor(s) across the hall was very noisy and was coming at all times day and night. And for some odd reason the front door was propped open during the day which made us feel unsafe and not in a secured building.
