Fully renovated Lake George House with additional attached lock off apartment available to rent that when combined can accommodate up to 8 guests (VRBO title- Lake George Great Location with Lake Access) -private 30' Beach shared with only a few neighbors just a few steps from the back deck. Hall's Marina is within walking distance for dock rental if available. Open floor plan with gorgeous lake view. Outside deck on main floor and large deck off second floor master bedroom offering prime viewing for summer fireworks and sunsets. Two-minute walk to two great restaurants-George's and The Garrison and only a few minutes' walk to Million Dollar Beach and Ushers Park and beach. A short walk to Walking/Bike Trail, Lake George Village attractions/night life, tour boats & more. House has small, connected apartment separated by lock off door. Weber Genesis Gas Grill. Also, Hall's Marina has independent professional fishing charters, lake tours, possible dock rental if available for additional fee.

Beautiful views of Lake George from both balconies. Great location close to downtown. Nice shared small beach with 2 Kayaks. Loved watching the Thursday night fireworks with Drone show from the beach and decks. Owner Peter easily reached. Check in and out went well.

Great stay on the Lake - thanks Peter!

Peter had a wonderful house right on Lake George. You can walk up and sit on a small private beach, which is great for dogs or small children. There are two decks where you can watch fireworks on Thursdays. Peter is very nice and responsive and we had everything we needed. Kitchen was great and the master bedroom is very big. Would definitely recommend!
