The approximately 70 m³ apartments in Croatia, Villa Vanessa are located on a peninsula called Sabunike. The village of Sabunike is about 20 km from Zadar. The apartments and apartments are located in a quiet side street and are 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach.

Wir (6 Personen) haben eine Unterkunft mit 3 Schlafzimmern Wohnbereich/Küche gebucht. Vor Ort haben wir dann eine Unterkunft mit nur 2 Schlafzimmern Wohnbereich/Küche bekommen. Es gab leider auch keine Erstattung. Im Gegenteil, die Kurtaxe sollte bei Abfahrt in bar extra bezahlt werden (haben wir das erste mal in Kroatien so erlebt) - darauf wurde dann jedoch "aus Kulanz" verzichtet. Die Unterkunft war sauber - die Gastgeber ansonsten bemüht.

Urlaub sabunike

Sabunike ist ein schönes örtchen ,direkt an der adria.Der check in hat leider nicht geklappt da wir eine falsche/alte Hausnummer vom Vermieter bekommen haben, so gaben wir eine Stunde das haus gesucht. Leider hat sich auch festgestellt, dass die bilder im internet nicht dem entsprechen wie es ist das haus sieht mittlerweile ganz anders aus genau wie der innenzustand. Bilder sind nicht aktuell. Auch die Innenausstattung ist nicht für 6 Personen geeignet. So konnten 2 Personen ihre Kleidung nicht verstauen , da kein Schrank verfügbar war bzw kommode. Das kochgeschirt war nicht ausreichend und für 6 Personen auf 2 platten kochfeld ist schweierig zu kochen und sehr anstrengend. Dann thema Sauberkeit, wände schmutzig, geschirr dreckig.kochsieb mit schimmel.wasserkocher verkalkt.fettfilter der haube einfach unhygienisch. Abluft öffnung im bad verschmutzt. Wir hatten 2 bäder , konnten aktiv nur 1 benutzen da bei einer dusche nach dem durchvogang , das ganze wasser im bad gestanden hat. Auch die aussbessrung vom Vermieter hat nicht geholfen. Die ersten 2 Nächte spinnte mitten in der Nacht die Klimaanlage die extra kostet.sie piepte ständig lies sich nicht ausschalten da Fernbedienung kaputt. Ab dem dritten tag wusste ich wenigstens wo ich die Sicherung ausschalten kann . Der Vermieter blieb hier stur wegen den Punkte und großes Interesse hat er dazu nicht gezeigt.er meinte auch wr wären betrüger da kurtaxe ich bezahlt hatte aber nicht bar.

Alles war super von Anfang bis Ende. Es gab echt nichts auszusetzen. Herr Stipcic war sehr zu vorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem einfach Mega und wir fahren wenn möglich wieder dort hin.

Sehr angenehme Gastgeber

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat gut funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr günstig gelegen. Alles gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein und war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.
