Vacation home Ankerweg at the TYPE D seal station

Dear Sir or Madam, a city tax is payable in Norddeich which varies depending on the period: for the low season (01/01/01 - 03/14 and 01/11/11 - 12/31) the city tax is 1. 20 euros per person per night. For the high season (15. 03-31. 10.) the city tax is 2. 50 euros per person per night. All people aged 16 and over are considered adults d. H. Guests under the age of 16 are exempt from the guest contribution. We are happy to provide you with a laundry package (bed linen & towels) of 20 euros per person per stay. Our house Ankerweg is centrally located in the center of Norddeich. The house has been completely renovated and was completed in May 2017. It is mainly equipped with floor tiles and PVC flooring.

In the immediate vicinity there is the Ocean Wave water park, the children's play house and the seal breeding station. The beach, as well as the spa clinic and the spa park can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. A bus stop can be found in the immediate vicinity of our apartments.

The shops are also within easy walking distance. The house is located in a quiet (dead end) location of Norddeich within a 30 zone.

The ferry docks to the islands of Norderney and Juist are about 10 minutes away, as is the Norddeich train station. If you would like to travel by train, contact us, we will be happy to pick you up (for a small fee) from the Norddeich train station and, if desired, take you there again.
Our apartment with about 45m ² offer space for up to 4 people. The kitchen-living room consists of a cozy sitting area with sleeping space for 2 people and of course a color TV. There is also a dining area for 4 people. The kitchens are fully equipped with:

The bedrooms are bright, friendly and furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Parking spaces are available directly at the house and there are also barbecue facilities. With us you can spend a relaxing holiday, because from the terrace or balcony you can enjoy the sea air and the healthy, stimulating climate of the North Sea.

All our apartments are very clean, well-kept, newly renovated and non-smoking apartments. If you want to bring animals, please contact us in advance. Apartment A
Located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The terrace is equipped with cozy garden furniture (table and chairs) and a garden lawn.

Sicherheitsvorschriften nicht eingehalten. Da KEINE Rauchwarnmelder in beiden Wohnungen im Oberg.

Mietabicklung war okay. Rauchwarnmelder sind ab 2015 Vorschrift laut Gesetz. In einem Brandfall mit Personenschaden kämen hier sehr hohe Kosten auf den Vermieter zu.
