It is located on a hill on the Etruscan coast, away from the hustle and bustle in the middle of the Tuscan hills. Modern comfort and tasteful furnishings offer the holidaymaker a homely atmosphere for 2 people. The house belongs to the municipality of Montescudaio and is located in a quiet residential area, from here you can quickly and easily walk to the center of the village.

The approximately 40 m² house can accommodate 2 people and has a well-equipped, built-in kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Internet WIFI and satellite TV with Sky program. It adjoins a cozy bedroom, with comfortable double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is originally decorated with a restored pig trough as a washbasin and equipped with a brick shower, bidet and toilet. In a small corridor is a washing machine. Central heating. Safe. The establishment has been carefully maintained by the owner and will enchant our guests with its Tuscan charm. The rustic details are for real lovers of the Tuscan way of life. Next to the house is a small furnished terrace and a garden area with sun loungers. Parking is on the fenced area and accessible through two gates, one for pedestrians, the other for vehicles.
There are on the large fenced plot 2 more independent cottages for 2 (Villetta Lorena) or 6 people (Villa Laura), but each unit has complete privacy.
The highlight for 2019 will be the newly built community pool, which will be available to all guests from April. There is also an outdoor shower, sun beds and in the water of the rounded pool you will be pampered by a whirlpool massage.
