Master Bedroom: King size bed (sleeps 2 or 3) with a suite master bathroom which includes a sink, stand up shower, walk in closet (includes 1 Queen size high quality air mattresses and sleeps 2).

Living Room: Sleeping Sofa (sleeps 1)

Guest Access:
Access to entire building. Can park anywhere in the garage, there is no assigned parking.

MAIL DELIVERY: Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. It's recommended to obtain a local PO Box or UPS Mailbox if you need access to mail during your stay. Food deliveries (DoorDash/InstaCart etc.) are just fine. Amazon also offers secure pickup and returns via their Amazon Hub stations.


EARLY CHECK-INS: Please ask if early check in is available atleast 24 hours prior to check in day. It will be based on availability.


PETS: Pet must be approved and there is a one-time pet fee (per pet).

Our units only come with 1 set of key fobs. If you need another set it has to be requested before your stay and the fee is $100.
