About this property

This massive home has it all: spacious, stylish, modern, quiet, and very reasonably priced! We've added all of the amenities that guests are looking for; from the hot tub to the 3 entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you're here. The home was redesigned and furnished from the ground up to be a vacation home, so it isn't cluttered with any personal belongings of the owners and it had everything you need.

The home has a very modern open floorplan, which means that you and your group can be in adjoining rooms, yet still feel that you're spending time together since the rooms flow together well. There are three large TV rooms with several complimentary streaming channels like HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount+, Disney+, etc. The dining area seats 16 people and there are several card tables to expand the dining seating even more. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you'll need to cook large meals for your family. The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area but it's close to several great restaurants and grocery stores.

There is a 3-car garage, along with plenty of space for 4 more cars in the driveway. Local laws require that you park in the garage & driveway, so please use all of those spaces. The private back yard is fully-fenced and has a deck and a large hot tub. Dogs are welcome but require a small fee. No cats allowed. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.

IMPORTANT: In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot have more than 20 people in it. That includes children. The next-door neighbor is a county code compliance officer and he will definitely hear the noise and ruin your vacation if you're planning on having more than 20 people on the property. You will be leaving immediately and you will get no refunds. If he takes away our permit, you'll be responsible for the damages to our business.

Thanksgiving family Trip

We came into town for Thanksgiving Holiday with all my kids and significant others, (10). To be with extended family. It was really nice to have all individual rooms and having queen size beds to king size beds in every room. The beds were very comfortable ( and I’m picky with beds due to back and hip issues ) The House is exactly as seen. The host was fast to respond if we needed or had any issues. There is plenty of tableware & utensils. Big enough table to host and sit 10. Having dogs, the backyard was great to let them out and roam. Although the neighbor dogs would bark all day which was a little frustrating. Overall the stay was great and would come back and stay with all my family. Thank You

We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay isn't exactly as you want it, we're available 24 hours a day and we live nearby.

We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating twin bed kit, and one stroller on request free of charge. Additional cribs, high-chairs, beds, or strollers can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. Please request these additional items ahead of time in order to guarantee their availability, as any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
