About this property

This is one of the largest and most exquisite homes that you'll find available for rent in this part of the Salt Lake Valley. The owners live in Italy and they recently sent their personal decorator in to completely refurnish and redecorate it, so the place is incredible. If you're coming to the Salt Lake Valley and want to stay in a truly luxurious home with every amenity you could ask for, this is the place for you.

Perched on the foothills of the Wasatch Range in the Rocky Mountains, this home is in a beautiful QUIET suburban neighborhood. From the private shady back deck, you can view Mount Olympus and the Oquirrh Mountain Range through the trees.

This home has a massive 4K television in the theater room, which has cable TV and a free Netflix account. There is another TV on the main floor with cable TV channels right off of the kitchen and dining area. There is a foosball table and a ping-pong table in the entertainment room. NO CATS ALLOWED. Dogs require a $99 pet fee each. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.

Loved it!!

Daniels house is awesome! There is a ton of room, comfortable beds, super hot water for showers/baths, an amazing kitchen with every cooking dish/utensil you would ever need and just a comfortable flow. Downstairs is huge and a great place for kids/young adults to hangout. The neighborhood is super safe too. Enjoyed eating at Porcupine Grill and Localzbistro. Great trip! Will definitely be back to stay!

Large house with great variety of spaces and amazing location in Cottonwood Heights

We stayed at this property and the host allowed us to check in early and was extremely responsive. The instructions were clear and everything you could need was already present at the house.

We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay isn't exactly as you want it, we're available 24 hours a day and we live nearby.

We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating twin bed kit, on request free of charge. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge. Please request these additional items ahead of time in order to guarantee their availability, as any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
