New house with modern equipment (4 stars). The house has an outdoor pool, a garden, barbecue, lockable parking (2) u. v.m !! It is a semi-detached house with approx. (160sqm living space). There are 2 balconies and a terrace with sea views. The pool is only used by these 2 units (semi-detached)! The sea is on foot in about 5min. to reach and the old town (city center) in about 10 min. by car !

Great Modern House
New modern house, fully equipped. Lovely pool, great views watching the sunset from the balcony. Seafront 10 to 15 minute walk. Lots of restaurants close by, with a small supermarket, bakery, restaurant and bar within 2 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend
