This family friendly modern 3-room apartment with a living space of approx. 62 qm is located in the 1st. First floor with direct view of a forest property.  It has a sleeping and kitchen equipment for max. 6 persons plus Toddler / baby, so that every family can feel comfortable here and enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday by the sea. The functionally furnished living room has a comfortable seating area with sofa bed (lying area 140 x 200), armchair and large flat screen TV. The dining area for 6 people (in addition baby high chair available) and the kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer etc. are open in the rear of the living room integrated. The covered balcony to the south / west promises many hours of sunshine. Here you can enjoy the sunshine from noon and the "kids" play on the beach front door. You are welcome to use the existing electric grill for a barbecue on the balcony. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the larger bedroom. In the sideboard are various board games and children's books for almost all ages for the bad weather days or evenings. The south-facing bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200, full mattress), a small wardrobe and an additional TV. In addition, there is a baby / toddler bed (140 x 70) available (blanket and pillows for the cot are not available).  The second bedroom has a bunk / tandem bed (140 x 200, 90 x 200 and 90 x 190) for a total of four children and a wardrobe. The children have a separate TV available. From the window you can accompany the sunset over the Baltic Sea. The modern bathroom with window is equipped with a walk-in shower and vanity unit / WC. No Baltic beach sand in the apartment desired? No problem: on the floor of the apartment is a spacious storage room, which is assigned to the apartment and can be used by the guests for beach utensils, strollers, suitcases, etc. In the storage room you will also find various Buddelzeug for our little guests. A parking space in the hotel's own underground car park guests can use. (Attention double parker max 1,90 m car height, max 5,20 m car length, max 2,20 m car width, max. Load capacity 2.6 t). 

In a quiet beach location, right on the Ahlbeck promenade, is the newly built, completed in 2018 apartment complex Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie. With a beach access right outside the door and the surrounding green of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach.  In the back apartments, guests can enjoy the sun even more. The beach is especially wide and beautiful at this section. A bit away from the pier and the main Ahlbeck beach you can swim and relax in peace. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck can be reached in about 10-15 minutes walk. Diverse shopping, restaurants and bars of the seaside resort await their guests. The three imperial baths offer an eventful art and cultural summer as well as a variety of events even outside the main season. The golf course "Baltic Hills" is about 10 minutes drive.

A special highlight is offered in the low season (15. 9. - 15. 6.): In the house a small wellness area with two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna) including showers and rest room is available to guests free of charge. The saunas can be used daily from 15:00 to 21:00
