On ground floor there are living room with comfortable leather sofa and dining area with cozy fireplace and traditional wall niche.
The small yet fully equipped kitchenette has modern amenities, including two hotplates, a microwave, and a fridge, perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed at the family table. On first floor there are two cozy bedrooms, one with comfortable double bed and air conditioning and second with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently located next to the bedrooms.
Outside, a private 300 m2 garden awaits, providing a relaxation, tranquility and outdoor dining. In the late afternoon, enjoy the charms of Istrian cuisine with a barbecue on the covered terrace.
