Our newly built house is equipped with great attention to detail!

The staircase is spacious and offers ample space for shoes and wardrobe. The stairs to the upper floor are comfortable and safe to commit. While the upper floor is covered with parquet, the ground floor has been tiled. All rooms are bright and friendly and can be darkened if necessary.

The three bedrooms upstairs are each equipped with comfortable box spring beds in the dimensions 2x 190 x200 and 1x 160x200. Both in the upper and in the basement there is a bathroom with shower. The downstairs guest room offers the possibility of additional bedding on a sofa bed.

The kitchen is modern equipped with a kitchen block and a spacious kitchenette. Here several cooks can work simultaneously. The equipment is high-quality, with an Italian coffee machine, microwave, stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, blender, refrigerator and freezer.

The living room offers plenty of space to relax, chat and watch TV on its large living area and lounge lounger.

The garden encloses the free-standing, completely fenced property and offers plenty of space on two terraces for enjoyable hours outdoors. Again, the facilities with a grill and plenty of seating not only high quality, but also comfortable!

Bicycles can be parked in the garden, the car has its own parking space in front of the house.

In our newly built in 2018 or 2019 vacation home recreation seekers are welcome!

The modern furnished 150 square meter house with its spacious garden is suitable for togetherness, as well as for families or groups.

In the open, modern kitchen with adjoining dining area, cooking together is fun! The living room invites you to chill, watch TV and read. Make yourself comfortable on the living area and a lounge lounger. The bedrooms are upstairs, each with double beds. Both upstairs and in the basement there is a bathroom with shower.

Our downstairs guest room is furnished with a sleeper sofa for extra bedding. The entire establishment has flair and immediately gives a feeling of comfort.

The house is a detached house with a spacious garden and two terraces. It offers plenty of space for enjoyable hours outdoors.

A parking space for the car and bicycles is also available.
