Cottage with garden and tree house for sole use.
Our house is located in a sunny, quiet forest location. The chalet includes a kitchen, living room-dining room with satellite TV, internet access, large fireplace, 2 bedrooms (bedroom with double bed, a children's room with two single beds) and bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate guest toilet. A terrace with garden furniture and a large garden invite you to barbecue or relax. Our tree house is the hit for all children who are vacationing here. Pets are welcome (by arrangement with the landlord). Enjoy your well-earned holiday with friends or family in our well-equipped, cozy self-catering holiday home. Your children can let off steam in the garden and forest. The next main street is only 2km away. Enjoy the mountains and alpine landscape that surrounds you. In almost untouched nature and absolute peace, some animals also like to look past the property. Deer, hedgehogs, rabbits, squirrels, mice, butterflies, toads, fire salamanders, birds etc. Here you can really relax from everyday stress! Even for culture lovers and night owls are the cities Klagenfurt or Velden am Wörthersee only 15km away to extensively to shop, cafes, bars, casino, boat trips or sightseeing to experience. The nearest golf course "Golf Club Alpe Adria Schloss Finkenstein" or "Golf Velden - Köstenberg" is about 27 km away. This holiday home is an ideal starting point for hiking, horse riding, mountain biking and beach holidays. (Wörthersee, Keutschacher See, Villach Therme)
Even the ski areas Gerlitzen, Bodental, Nassfeld, Kranjska Gora (Slovenia) or Tarvisio (Italy) can be reached in 25 - 50 minutes.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.Das Haus liegt, wie beschrieben, in absoluter Ruhelage und super zum Erholen. Wor haben zahlreiche Wildtiere erlebt und auch den Siebenschläfer kennengelernt. Ein sehr freundlicher Zeitgenosse!Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Ofen, Spülmaschiene, alles da).Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist perefekt geeignet, für schöne Familienabende.Die Einrichtung und der Innenausbau des Hauses sind etwas einfach, was aber einem schönen Urlaub nicht entgegensteht.

Ruhige Lage,wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen.Der untere Bereich ist leider unbewohnbar.Etwas wohler wäre es uns noch wenn Vorhänge oder Jalousien vorhanden wären.Im Großen und Ganzen war es super !

Fijne week met gezin in Oostenrijk

We hebben een fijne week gehad met ons gezin. Het was die week ook mooi weer, dus konden we buiten van de zon en de natuur genieten. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen en het bos. Het huis staat echt midden in de natuur en de hertjes konden we vanuit het raam zien. De gang beneden ruikt muf, maar dat hebben we met geurstokjes opgelost. De slaapkamer beneden is wel klam. En ook zijn hier en daar nog wat reparaties nodig. Het huisje was voor 5 volwassenen ruim genoeg, schoon en netjes. De bedden waren opgemaakt en de wc en badkamer zijn nog vrij nieuw. Het contact met de verhuurder is goed via whatsapp.

sehr schöne Lage, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Markos Chalet sehr genossen, aber es gibt auch einige Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln. Doch erst einmal die Pluspunkte: Lage :-), viel Ruhe und doch mit dem Auto schnell beim nächsten Supermarkt, modernes und neues Bad, obere Schlafräume und Wohnzimmer gut, Klavier wurde gerne von unserer Tochter bespielt! Den Siebenschläfer, wir haben ihn Peter getauft, haben wir an und ab gehört, was aber überhaupt nicht störend war. Die Kommunikation mit Marko per WhatsApp klappte ausgezeichnet. Er hat super schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet! Leider wirkte das Haus schon zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte besser gepflegt werden können. Gut, dass wir nur die oberen Zimmer benötigt haben, das Erdgeschoss ist nicht bewohnbar, da es dort stark muffig nach "Keller" riecht.

Tolles Haus in der Natur

Tolles Haus mit einer super Ausstattung. Alles was man in der Küche benötigt findet man vor. Ansonsten ist das Haus genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet ist, in der Natur mit ein paar Nachbarn in der Nähe. Der Siebenschläfer auf dem Dach hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Natürlich hat man ihn manchmal gehört, aber man kommt gut mit ihm zurecht. Der Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen und Restaurant sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, zu Fuß oder Fahrrad eher anstrengend, da das Haus auf einem Berg ist. Für uns war es ein toller Urlaub und wir würden immer wieder gerne das Haus mieten.

een beetje teleurstelling

Helaas wat een teleurstelling, op de plaatjes zag het er prima uit, er stonden 2 beoordelingen en die heb ik helaas genegeerd, want inderdaad, het huis benden ruikt enorm muf, een uur voor aankomst werden we gewaarschuwd dat er in de nacht een relmuis op het dak actief is, dus lekker slapen Ho maar. Verder zat er niets voor het slaapkamerraam van de grote slaapkamer, het koordje van het rolgordijn ontbrak in de kinderkamer, alles was oud en toe aan onderhoud, tijdens ons verblijf werd de bank vervangen, verder vlekken op de vloer, gaten in de theedoek, de schutting en dakgoot storten in toen we er waren, en de WiFi en tv werken beide niet als het regent en als de zon schijnt Max 2 mensen op de WiFi. En dan slaap je ook nog onder een asbest dak, wat in Nederland niets eens mag!! De bewoonde wereld is minstens 20 minuten rijden alle kanten op. Meerdere keren geappt met de eigenaar en die zei bedankt voor de tips. Zeker niet het geld waard wat er gevraagd word in de zomer, En jammer dat de eigenaar niet meer het boetekleed aangetrokken heeft.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway - even a piano is included

Clean, nice rooms and bathroom, two toilets is a huge plus. The owner really nice, he was easy to ask, explained what there was to know, and answered all the questions and tried to help all the time. We felt really great, having dinner under the stars, and enjoying the great silence of the mountain. And, the piano in the childrens room was a biiiig plus for me. Five stars!

Sehr netter Vermieter. Anfahrt 2 km steil bergauf, Haus leider nicht ausgeschildert, sehr schwer auffindbar, Google Maps versagt Hauseinrichtung: einfach, Bad und Toilette neu und in Ordnung, unteres Stockwerk feucht, daher nicht benutzbar, Haus riecht muffig, Vermieter ist informiert und will Entfeuchter aufstellen, oberes Stockwerk okay, Kücheneinrichtung optimierbar: Topfset in unterschiedlichen Größen wäre schön, Wasserkocher ebenfalls, tierische Untermieter: Siebenschläfer auf dem Dach und Mäuse; wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung
