Double booked
The property owner double booked us. He (or VRBO) didn’t let us know until reached out within 24 hours of our stay. We ended up paying almost 700 more Euros for the hotel we had to book at the last minute. VRBO decided to only refund us the money they charged us up front for. Super disappointed.
