MALIBU - Latigo Beach Estate - Ocean Views, spacious with pool+hot tub

We are so excited to share our Malibu Villa with you and your group!

This 6,000 square foot Villa was custom-designed by local Christopher Scott. We absolutely love how spacious the home is with all the different entertaining areas- giving guests the ability to move around freely without any cramping of any area of the home.

The bedrooms are extremely spacious with bathrooms to accompany rooms. There are large windows in each room showcasing each side of the homes surrounding nature, views, ocean and beauty.

The home is extremely private and exclusive. Although the home is very private you are only 7 minutes away from Pacific Coast Highway/ Latigo Shores Beach.

Be prepared to enjoy our amazing home and all of our outdoor areas!

Swim and sun bathe on the beautiful pool deck with ocean views! Then BBQ and have lunch at the outdoor dining table!

At night come lounge at the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows under the moon light and enjoy the many visible BRIGHT stars.

You can take less than a mile walk to the trail with Chumash Indian ruins and explore! Also, explore many other local trails and discover local restaurants and shops within a short car ride.

Don't forget about surf lessons!

Additional note: Host lives on property in entirely separate guest house. You will have complete privacy on the 2.5 acre property.

There is no gate to the pool/jacuzzi or lifeguard on duty so please swim at own risk.

Pool heat is not included in nightly rate. Price is based on season and pre booking conversation. Jacuzzi heat is included.

Ring Camera at the front door is active.

All security cameras around the property are inactive.

We can host weddings/events and pricing varies on the details. The number of guests are based upon permission beforehand.

bachelorette weekend

I booked this house for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect! I had decorators come in before check in and the host was super accommodating and responsive. The house itself was super clean and spacious, secluded but close enough to restaurants/activities. My friends and I will be talking about this house for the rest of our lives 😂 Thank you for everything, Austin!

Perfect relaxing getaway

My group and I had the best stay at the property! The pictures online hardly do it justice - the rooms, the views, the pool - everything was perfect. Austin was quick to respond and was extremely accommodating throughout the booking process and our stay. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect for Family Gathering

We really enjoyed our long weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable. The views and ambiance of the house were fantastic. The kitchen and family room looked out over the pool and spa area and beyond that, the ocean. There was a pool table in the family room that was in play most of our stay. I would recommend this house for adults guests/older children. The drive up the canyon might be dicey for some but not a problem as we brought food and cooked our meals, so stayed at the house most of the time. Beaches are about 10-15 minutes away. Overall a great experience in this home!
