Why they chose this property

Hard to beat a house close to 277 where you can get anywhere in 15 minutes. The property is inbetween uptown and south park mall which makes it ideal for ANYONE that is coming to the city to work or play

What makes this property unique

Location and there is only one neighbor so privacy is very good at this house and you are STILL RIGHT IN THE CITY. Hard to find honestly, which is why I bought it in the first place
