Located in the Village of Oak Creek in a quiet neighborhood, the only sounds you will hear at night is that of the cicadas.

The Space:
Stay at our mid-century modern ranch home and experience Sedona the way it should be experienced. This ultra cool home sits on over an acre so you have lots of room and privacy. The kitchen is amazing with hand poured, molded and colored concrete counter tops, a gigantic eating and prep island, and a large comfortable dining room. The appliances are all top of the line....even have a pizza oven! The kitchen looks out into the great room which has 2 separate 'sitting areas'. Both sitting areas and kitchen areas have fantastic views of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte and Castle Rock. There is also a beautiful stone fireplace that is a work of art all in itself! There is a flat screen tv in the great room just in case you want to watch a little tv. The master bedroom is large with a comfortable king bed and has its own sitting and reading nook and brand new smart TV. The master bath has a walk in shower and a claw foot tub for soaking after a long day of hiking or shopping as well as 2 separate sinks for extra elbow room. The other 2 guests rooms both have queen beds. The 2nd bath has a large walk in shower and separate tub. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The outdoor living space is my favorite part of the home. There is an outdoor grill and an amazing patio with gorgeous views of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte and Castle Rock. The patio also has 2 picnic tables, numerous chairs, an outdoor dining set for 6, a BBQ and a fire pit. The house has internet and cable television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances. The kitchen is equipped with flat wear and dishes and glassware. We have a small dvd vcr library and a few books in case you want to relax and read while enjoying the views. We have ample towels and we even have a washer and dryer should you need to wash your hiking clothes!
Because the home is in a natural setting and surrounded by nature, be prepared to see wildlife such as javelinas, coyotes, deer, bobcats and of course little guys like birds, bats and maybe even an inside visitor like a ladybug, a crickets, a spider, ants or some other Sedona bugs that call Sedona home. These creatures are all part of life in Sedona!

Guest Access:
This modern clean ranch home is so special because of the SPECTACULAR views and it has so much room and privacy with an amazing outdoor living area! It is close to everything and can sleep up to 6. It is perfect for a family, couples, or couples traveling together. It is so roomy being on an acre that it gives a person room to breathe! I also love the very cool industrial kitchen, the big living rooms that are perfect for gathering, and the GREAT outdoor living space. You will love it!!

The Neighborhood:
All homes in this area are on an acre or larger parcels. You will have privacy. This area is conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. There are so many outdoor activities in this area such as hiking and biking. There is golf and shopping and art galleries galore. We all love the VIBE you get here. There is skiing and snowboarding just up the road in Flagstaff and Cottonwood has great wineries and some great restaurants. The Grand Canyon is just a 2 hour drive away.

Guests will be asked to complete a rental agreement upon booking this property and must do so prior to arrival. If guests are not comfortable completing a rental agreement they are permitted free cancellation within 24 hours of booking with no penalty. After this time guests may cancel in accordance with this listing's policy.

We are available as much as needed but provide guests the privacy and space they desire to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing vacation without intervention from our side
