We offer you a spacious, comfortable non-smoking holiday home with two separate units (ground floor + attic) directly on the lake on a plot of more than 1000 m². Enjoy the peace and nature on the North Sea coast / Ostfriesland. Our house impresses with its spaciousness, the high-quality furnishings with attention to detail, plenty of comfortable seating and an unforgettable view of the pebble lake. A massive wooden seating group to dream is available to everyone.
The house was built in 2010 - the attic was expanded in 2014.
We offer you
the ground floor with 140 m² for 1 - 10 people with a 45 m² large living room in the style of "Mediterranean flair" and a partly covered terrace as well
the attic with 110 m² for 1 - 7 persons with a 51 m² large living room and open kitchen in the style "Landromantik" as well as a 6.70 m wide panorama window and own seating area at the lake.
Both apartments are independent and therefore bookable separately. Large families, business people and friends can book the entire house (EC + DG). Each apartment has its own terrace and therefore its privacy.
Relax on the property with garden furniture, swimming and barbecue. Enjoy the sunsets and the romantic view of the lake when the ducks turn their rounds in the evening. You have the possibility to swim directly from the property in the pebble lake. Please note that the property is set in depth, so you should be able to swim safely. Because of the reeds on the edge of the river, bathing shoes may be recommended for sensitive feet. For all guests, especially children who can not swim or do not swim safely, there is a shallow side entry or across the lake from the property around the lake.
If required, we provide you with a complete children's equipment and a shower stool or mobile shower handle free of charge (please specify when booking). Bed linen / towel set can be borrowed for a fee / change. A rental buggy you can rent cheap from us - by phone request.
Westerholt / Nenndorf offers all shopping facilities for daily needs. There are also several restaurants, ice cream parlor, pharmacy and doctors. There is also a wealth of excursion options such as the moor lake the "Eternal Sea", various bike and hiking trails, a mill visit in town or a mudflat hiking. You can also quickly reach all ferries to the islands. Dornumersiel is about 8 km away, - A spa contribution is not collected from us -
