About this property
NEW opened in 2019 ▫️ Living "In the small style ll" in the heart of Linz on the Rhine
The apartment is located in the city center and is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a short trip.
Linz has a very special flair due to its half-timbered houses, the small alleys and the Rhine landscape.
It is a separate apartment (approx. 25sqm) on the ground floor, each with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, seating, a kitchenette (induction hotplate, microwave, kettle, senseo, refrigerator) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
It is possible for me to accommodate a total of 4 people in 2 apartments, which are separated by a hallway. See “small style l”.
A folder with lots of useful information is currently being created. Non smoking apartment (possible on the doorstep), pets are welcome.
Linz is a small charming city with several shops, bars and cafes. There are antique and junk markets, barrel organ festival, winemaker festival, old-fashioned Christmas market, Linz lights up, carnival events, entertainment program in the town hall, traditional rattling over Easter and especially in summer several events that take place only a few minutes away.
Good connection by train (approx. 10 minutes on foot) to Bonn / Cologne or Neuwied / Koblenz.
Many also travel by ship or bus. In Linz itself, everything is within walking distance, parking is somewhat outside, not in the city center.
The well-known hiking trails such as the Rheinsteig or nearby sights such as u. a. the Drachenfels (Königswinter), relics of the bridge at Remagen or the German corner in Koblenz. In addition, Linz and the surrounding area are wine-growing regions, which makes wine festivals popular.
