Our stay was relaxing, comfortable and great access to the beach.

Our stay at Aqua 1003 was great! We really enjoyed the spacious condo with awesome views and a wonderful balcony! Aqua’s amenities were very nice and clean. The location for us was wonderful. Working with Warren Beach rentals was easy and they were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo could use a little bit of updating but was both nice and comfortable. I would rent again.

Location was amazing. Water view, beach and very walkable to everything. The condo does needs updating. Beds were comfy but overall furniture was old, worn and dated. Plenty of towels and fresh linens. There were 6 of us but only a dining room table for 4. The balcony also only had table for 4. We had to move a chair from MB to living room to accommodate seating for everyone. This condo has potential to be awesome but at current state it is average, at best.

The condo was exceptionally clean and tidy. No complaints about our stay except none of the beds were comfortable. They all squeaked when you sit/lay/turn over and could really use replacing. Enjoyed everything else about our stay!

Great views. Very nice area. I don’t think the bds in smaller rooms were queens. Very clean. We made a mistake being there during spring break. Lots f sirens at night. We walked some places easily. Beach and pools were great. Everyone was friendly.

Whoever cleanse does a terrible job, the drawer were the silverware go was not clean. The shower had hair in it. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes. The floor was covered in sand still. The view is beautiful, the convenience of Pier park is great and the locally stores around it. It is decently quiet. We didn’t see much staff there.

Warren Beach Rentals were wonderful. This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath unit was not only beautiful, but everyone has their own space. They saved me fees that VRBO was going to charge. They responded back to me immediately. I will rent through them again! Thank you Warren Beach Rentals!

All around great place!

This was our first time staying at Aqua and I will say it won't be our last. The communication from Warren Beach Rentals was timely, very detailed, and easy to understand. Upon our arrival we got right in using the code provided and were very happy at the cleanliness of the condo. This is one of the cleanest places we have stayed in years. The layout was perfect for our group of three couples, and everyone was very pleased with the accommodations and the location was perfect for our stay. All of the employees we encountered on the property (security, housekeeping, and snack bar) were very helpful and pleasant. The description of this unit was spot on and as I said earlier, we were impressed with the overall cleanliness of the condo. Well done.

Overall good but could be cleaner

Upon arrival to the unit we found a dirty towel in the one of the bathrooms, sand on floors and ashes on balcony. It seemed obvious that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, we had to call maintenance to come unclog one of the shower drains on the first night because it would not drain at all. (Maintenance came immediately and was very nice) We loved the location. Nice pool area, beach access, snack bar and gift shop.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Aqua and communication and simplicity of booking with Warren Beach Rentals!

Aqua Resorts is a beautiful well kept resort. People/staff were very friendly. Elevators worked great and fast to our 10th floor unit. Enjoyed the boutique/ cafe as well as the bartenders at the resort. The pools and facilities were clean and never difficult to find chairs during our stay. Our unit was large and comfortable with a wonderful view of the beach and a very large balcony Seen many dolphins and even a shark meandering along the shoreline! Our last night, we were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony during the Pirates of the Sea festival, very cool! Inside our condo we had brand new couch and loveseat delivered the day we arrived which were very lovely. Also nice appliances in the kitchen as well. All slept well in this three bedroom three bathroom unit. Location was great with many options for restaurants and activities which was nice if you prefer not to drive a lot. This was our first time using Warren Beach Rentals and were very impressed by the ease and communication we had with them. We will definitely return and use Warren Beach Rentals as their pricing and services were excellent!

Great place to stay!

We loved our time at the Aqua 1003 in PCB. My family and another family stayed for a week. The emails that Warren Beach Rentals sent before our stay were very helpful. I felt like they helped us to prepare for our trip very well. During our time there, they called and told us that maintenance was brining new tv’s for the bedrooms because they were slow to turn on. Maintenance was very nice and made sure everything worked before they left. We enjoyed the meals we made at the condo out on the balcony and even fell asleep out there a few times after time at the beach or pool. The condo was clean and they provided a few things that we would need while we were there, small bottle of Dawn, a couple of dishwasher pods, and a couple of Tide pods to get us started. One thing to remember to bring is hand soap. I forgot about that one and had to run to Walmart which was close. The noise from restaurants across the street from the condo can’t be heard inside the condo which was really nice. Everything was clean, neat, and very organized. If we were to go back, I would stay there again!!!
