Casa de Azeite in the midst of the Rota Vicentina offers comfortable living

We offer you a typical „moradia em banda“, a terrace house. The house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of São Luís in Portugal – a lively village in the Alentejo, Odemira district, near the Atlantic coast.
It is a non-smoking apartment. For smokers there is a comfortable smoking area on the terrace.
We, the landlords, have three dogs and three cats, which we all love. But our guest house „Casa de Azeite“ is taboo for them. And this taboo should also apply to other animals. The property is not suitable for people with a severe cat allergy, as a cat was kept there for some time.
On the ground floor (total approx. 60 m²) a spacious living room invites you to linger. A modern flat screen TV and a DVD player contribute to this……as well as a cosy fireplace.
There is one bedroom with a french bed.
The slightly smaller one can be used for multiple purposes. For kids and teenagers two single beds are available, which can also be converted into a comfortable couch. A travel cot is also provided for a baby and the commode can be used as a baby wrap commode. Also there is a writing desk in this room, so this room can also be used as a study or something similar.
The spacious eat-in kitchen offers a complete equipment with kitchen utensils as well as many appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer and much more).
The daylight bath is brightly and friendly tiled and furnished in a modern standard (bathtub/shower, bidet, WC and washbasin).
The house has a barbecue area and a sun terrace with sunbeds and a parasol. Two bicycles are also available.
São Luís is a lively town in the Alentejo, Odemira district, near the Atlantic coast. It is located in the middle of the popular Rota Vicentina hiking trails along the west coast. (https://de.rotavicentina.com). Various cafés and restaurants are available, so that there is something for every taste. Furthermore, the town offers very good shopping possibilities including a market hall, where you will find fruit and vegetables as well as an excellent selection of fresh fish.
The beaches of Malhão, Vila Nova de Milfontes, Furnas and Almograve are all only 10 to 15 kilometres away and are certainly some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. The next bigger towns in the area like Odemira, Vila Nova de Milfontes and Cercal do Alentejo offer further possibilities.
