The house is in a quiet residential area. Beautiful forest areas in the immediate vicinity invite you to go for a walk. Tennis court, bakery, fitness trail, massage practice and spa facilities can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The beach is approx. 1,200 m away. The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor and has a size of 62 m². There are two separate bedrooms, shower / toilet and a spacious living / dining room with fitted kitchen. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the basement. A south / east balcony invites you to linger. Car parking space at the house is available.

Rundum gut
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und funktional. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist knapp ein Kilometer, es gibt einen schönen Fußweg der zum großen Teil durch den Wald führt. zu Fuß zur Promenade ist einen Tick weiter, aber auch gut zu machen. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir uns schon vor der Pandemie für diesen Aufenthalt auf Föhr entschlossen hatten, So konnten wir einen schönen, unbeschwerten Urlaub verbringen.
