The modern newly equipped and bright apartment has 3 bedrooms (1x with double bed and 2 x 2 single beds), 1 living room with spacious dining area and open kitchen, 1 sauna, and two shower rooms. A W-LAN connection is available free of charge. Features of the penthouse include: 2 balconies, a large roof terrace, 3 satellite SMART TVs, X-BoX 360 with small game selection, DVD Blue Ray Player, underfloor heating, washing machine and an elevator in the house.
The highlight of this property is certainly the direct location on Wyker South Beach, which offers you both for breakfast as well as Sundowner on the sunny terrace and the balconies North Sea feeling up close.
In the southern Geestgelände lie the town Wyk and the island villages. Narrow streets and narrow streets with typical thatched and lovingly restored Frisian houses invite you to stroll. Everywhere are romantic little cafes, spoiling the hungry hiking or cycling people with many delicacies. Art connoisseurs are drawn to the beautiful museums.
