Other things to note:
⚠️All Wheel Drive (AWD/4x4) could be required to reach the cabin in snow/ice (Oct-May). Driveway is paved, flat, and can accommodate 3 vehicles.
🌟GPS will have you turn at the 1st entrance to our street, that “S” turn is sharp, but go straight instead and make the next left for a an alternate entrance.
▻STARTER kit includes toilet paper, paper towels, hand/body/hair/dish soap, laundry & dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags.
▻Not Provided: bring charcoal, firewood, zip locks, foil, coffee & filters, sweetener/creamer, tea, etc., or purchase locally.
⚠️Do NOT twist/remove hot tub filter and ALWAYS supervise children when using it.
▻There are BUGS in the mountains and you might find some unwelcome guests. We have regular pest control so it makes sense you might find critters that didn’t make it.
▻The cabin is on a mountain well. The well pump needs power, if an outage occurs, water will stop flowing after the tank runs out, this happens rarely but is important to note.
▻The cabin is on a septic system, ONLY toilet paper can be flushed.
▻The local shooting club can be heard occasionally, the area is perfectly safe.
★Cell service in the cabin, mountains, and local area can be spotty/weak.
★Download the local maps before arriving so that you do not get lost. It bears repeating that you will lose cell service! Turning on wifi calling in your mobile phone settings helps.
★We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your investment in the event of weather that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.
House Rules:
⚠️The driveway and front staircase are monitored/recorded including audio/ You'll be asked to leave with no refund if you tamper with the equipment or disconnect the wifi.
⚠️ All guests must be 25 years of age or over unless with a parent or guardian.
⚠️ You must inform the host at time of booking if you intend to use the sleeper sofa so we may provide the additional linens, blankets, and pillows.
⚠️ You will be asked to leave with no refund for exceeding the occupancy agreed upon to include bringing pets or having parties. $500 cleaning fee will apply.
⚠️ Check-in is at 4 pm with an electronic lock code and check-out is at 10 am. We cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your stay. $100 fee every 30 minutes passed checkout will apply.
⚠️ Bears are knotty and know how to open car doors. Keep windows/doors/trash receptacles locked/food inside the cabin. Damage will be your responsibility.
⚠️ No smoking/vaping/drugs/fireworks/illegal activity. You will be asked to leave with no refund and a $500 cleaning fee will apply.
⚠️ Do not tamper with water leak and temperature sensors throughout the cabin.
⚠️ Septic system, ONLY toilet paper can be flushed.
⚠️ Keep hot tub cover on while not in use. No soaps, lotions, or oils allowed. Do not use without pump running. Do not stand on cover, $450 replacement fee applies. Do NOT twist or remove hot tub filter housing. The hot tub is not for unsupervised children. If the filter is removed objects can enter the pump. The hot tub will shut off and there will be a code identifying the pump is compromised. You will be billed for the technician and repair.
⚠️ Damages will be billed and reported to the platform, please inform us immediately on arrival if anything is damaged or not clean (including the hot tub). Note: pictures required.
⚠️ Do not run a/c and fireplace simultaneously, the unit will freeze over.

⚠️ No changes/refunds due to illness/fear of heights/mountain road conditions/ inclement weather/natural disasters/power or internet outages/acts of God/events beyond host's control.
⚠️ Do not use fire pit unless you have experience with fire pit safety. Do not use fire pit in windy or dry conditions. Do not EVER leave fire or children unattended. Put the fire completely out with a hose before retiring. Absolutely no accelerants such as lighter fluid should be used. Do not burn trash or anything other than firewood. Do not use any supplied paraphernalia in the fire including pots and pans etc.
