Welcome to Sunrise Villa, your private downstairs retreat with million-dollar views of Navajo Mountain, Lone Rock, Grand Escalante, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Byrce Canyon and Zion National Park. The Villa has to most unforgettable sunrises you can image.

You’ll have the entire downstairs villa to yourself. The villa is completely private, fully stocked with beverages, food and snacks. The villa is designed for relaxation after a day of exploring Lake Powell and beyond.

Look no more. This house has EVERYTHING you need. We were camping part of our trip and the house has a large drive area for a camper or boat. The views are outstanding and we watched lightening displays over the plateau This fully and I mean fully stocked house of supplies was amazing. We cooked all our meals in the beautiful kitchen using the BBQ out on the deck. I have been to many homes throughout the world and this home ranks in my top 5! The host is outstanding and helped celebrate my big birthday with a note and cake. The host and home exceeded my expectations. The location is very close to Lake Powell and not far from Page where we accessed riding our bikes on Page Rim Trail and took a tour with a Navajo company to Secret Antelope Canyon. This rental is waiting for you to stay in it, you won’t regret it!

Incredible holiday getaway!

Elena and Joe's place was as great as the description and pictures! Elena and Joe's communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. You cannot beat the view, especially at sunrise and sunset. It was also a great location and a perfect retreat away from home from holidays. I can't wait to come back!

Though the property is not much to look at from the outside, the interior is nicely decorated with high end appliances. The property is named "The Sunrise" and the sunrise views are indeed stunning as are the star filled nights. Our hosts were solicitous of our needs and thoughtful in the snacks and amenities they provided. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Vacation Home!

The best rental property experience we have had! Family trip to Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Lees Ferry and surrounding attractions. Host of the property is incredible! He had all of the supplies we needed for our stay - and even had a chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us! We would be thrilled to stay again! The home was very clean and spacious. Amazing views of the mountains from the deck, and beautiful sunrises.

The best VRBO stay of our lives!!!

Joe and Elena are the consummate hosts. Their properties are immaculate and they were there within minutes of arrival. The unit is abundantly stocked and nicely decorated. The beds were great AC and hot water superior and communication flawless. If VRBO was like this everywhere you could spend your life on the road. Hope to stay with them again soon. The property was clean, spacious, well thought out, and super convenient. Full kitchens upstairs and down with all the extras and goodies for the guest made life super easy. The views are the best, and dining on the patio of the second floor was amazing. Not enough time to enjoy all the amenities of the house! The owners are on the ball and communicate well. It was a pleasure to stay there and worth much more than they charge!

Our stay at Joe's property was nothing short of magical. Joe was very gracious and provided us with the greatest hospitality we have ever recieved. His place is immaculate, luxurious and so stunning! Views out the windows of the sunrise are spectacular. Joe himself made our stay beyond perfect. We truly felt like family members, the ones you like. Best Lake Powell Trip Ever!

We’ve been visiting Lake Powell for over 30 years and this was the best trip we’ve ever had! The house is exceptional, even much better than advertised. Immaculate, expertly stocked, comfortable beds, breathtaking view, fantastic location and countless amenities. We spent the day on the lake and nights cooking, exploring, and playing games at the house. Joe is absolutely amazing! He takes pride in his property and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and then some. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. If it’s available for our future trips, we’ll stay here every time!

Absolutely Perfect!

Wow! It’s difficult to express how amazing this VRBO experience was! The home is gorgeous, with a wall of windows overlooking a stunning view! There was abundant space for our family of six to spread out, with the teens/young adults having their own hangout space downstairs, complete with their own kitchen. Everything in the home was luxurious, from the comfortable beds to the modern appliances to the heated toilet seat and heavenly soaker tub in the master bath! We enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace, the outdoor fire pit, the gas grill, and the amazing views from the spacious deck. We cooked several of our meals at the house, and had plenty of cookware, spices, condiments, etc. available. Mom especially loved the high-end washer & dryer, and will be petitioning to purchase similar models for home! We spent a fabulous week in this home, and used it as our base camp to visit multiple points of interest in the area. We took two day-trips to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park. Other days we enjoyed closer outings to beautiful sites such as Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam, and Lee’s Ferry. Perhaps the very best part of this stay was the unprecedented level of hospitality provided by hosts Joe and Elena! Their initial welcome email requested a list of our favorite snacks & beverages so they could stock up before our arrival - and stock up they did! Joe was there to welcome us and show us around the property and answer any questions. He checked in via text throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. And the highlight was when Joe took my husband and boys out to the shooting range (which was probably their favorite part of the whole trip)! Joe and Elena are amazing hosts, and it is obvious that they truly delight in spoiling their guests! In fact, that’s the only “negative” about our stay! They have set the bar so high, I’m not sure if any other future VRBO experience can even compare!

Above and Beyond

There are no words nor pictures to capture the both the beauty and tranquility of this home and the surrounding scenery! Everything is immaculate and comfortable. Joe and Elana, our hosts, are truly lifesavers. We visited Big Water and the surrounding area to have our wedding. After a string of unfortunate events of the airline losing our luggage, they have gone out of their way to help us feel at home plus being a helping hand to advocate with our Airline/FedEx! Joe checked in with us to ensure we made the most out of our trip, answered any and all questions swiftly, and even had our favorite drinks stocked, accompanied by some lovely wine and fresh flowers. If you are wanting to feel spoiled, stay here. If you are looking for the best views (that celebrities pay $3-5k/night just a few miles away), stay here. If you are seeking an unbelievable trip with unmatched hospitality, stay here!!

We are avid outdoors couple. We bought the land several years ago and began constructing the home of our dreams. Why here? It was the magical escape from the hectic city life that drove us here.

The stunning sunrise and sunset overlooking Navajo Mountain and the Grand Escalante, the enchanting silence, fresh air and natural beauty, awe inspiring sights and endless fun activities made it the destination that we believe would be a wonderful life.

We are within minutes to Lake Powell a short distance to the Grand Canyon, close of Horseshoe bend and Antelope Canyon. These are just a few of the appealing sites that we love and enjoy daily.

What makes this property unique

There are many unique benefits. You have the hustle and bustle of a small town with 500 residence and only 15 minutes away from a small city known as Page, AZ with a whooping 3,000 residence. You feel like you belong. The residence are kind and friendly. The open space gives you solace, peace of mind and a wonderful experience.

10. BLM Vistors Center in Big Water on Highway 89 is a must see. Dinosaur bones and many different type of fossils.

Pilot gas station is 5 miles to the east on 89 that houses Yardley famous hamburger and shake restaurant. Pilots does have a full convenience store.

The City of Page is only 15 miles away from the home where you can enjoy many restaurants, Walmart and Safeway grocery store.

There are a couple backcountry roads you can take for a scenic drive. The first is the Burr Trail. You get great views of the Henry Mountains and takes you through Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Capitol Reef National Park, and Grand Staircase-Escalate National Monument. Enjoy a drive to Navajo Mountain.

LAKE POWELL MARINAS
You can’t visit Glen Canyon without getting out onto Lake Powell. For those of you who have your own boats, there are five marinas, four of which with launch ramps.
