Complete with a full basement level, this home has two living areas, a dedicated workspace, huge fenced in yard and so much more! Located in a peaceful neighborhood that is a quick drive from the Charlotte City museums and famous restaurants, you will have all you need for a memorable stay.
Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.

Quiet Time After 11:00 pm. This is in accordance with the local noise ordinance.

Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity

No Smoking in the home. No exceptions.

Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.

Do not flush feminine items down to toilet.

Turn lights off and A.C/Heat to 67 degrees when away.

Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.

PARKING: Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

No Parties or Events

PETS: Please clean up after your pet(s) in accordance with the local guidelines and common expectations. Upon your departure, this property will be assessed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if proper maintenance has not been adhered to.

Baseball in Charlotte

Four father/son pairs enjoyed this property during a five day stay in the Charlotte area. The location is great with close proximity to the airport, downtown food & attractions, and freeways. The check-in process was simple, and hosts very responsive throughout our stay. The upstairs and downstairs living areas provided room for adults and teens to enjoy their own space after long days at the ballpark. Overall, a positive experience during our Charlotte stay.

Nice first floor

Main floor was just as described except dishwasher didn’t work. Bottom floor had an animal smell & dried pet urine close to dresser. Owner did ask for vendor to come check it out but we had already cleaned it up. Neighborhood Walmart was a bit sketchy at night.
