This lovely little home has a new private lighted fishing pier built in 2022. A beautiful new deck over looking the bay is the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunrises. The kitchen, dinning, and living area have an open floor plan with nice windows and glass doors that allow for a spectacular water view. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make this home very convenient for couples, a small family, or a couple of fishermen/fisherwomen.

Nice Place

The place was representative of the photos and was clean and quiet. Management was responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay again. A small binder or folder with basic instructions on the house would be wonderful. Also, having some basic cleaning supplies to wipe counters and spills etc. would be helpful in keeping the house tidy during our stay.

Port Mansfield Fishing

This is a great property right on the water in Port Mansfield, good for fishing, relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The private dock is about 300 yrds long, has lights, and great for fishing 24/7. Direct access to the water with our kayaks was challenging as the seawall and dock are too high to enter comfortably, but there was a space on the lot next door that had storm drains and easy entry. Water depth at the end of the dock is about 4ft but has tons of fish, especially at night. The home was comfortable but has no dishwasher, which was fine for us. There is a washing machine but no dryer available, so that wasn't used either. The weather was bad one day and we were able to connect our phone to the TV but otherwise could not get channels. Very comfortable beds, baths and living room space. No spices at all so come prepared. Great parking and deck for chilling out, and lots of deer in the area.

Relaxing stay

Nice place. We had a good time fishing the bay and the driveway was big enough for our full size SUV and the 24' bay boat. The pier coming straight off the upstairs balcony was very convenient and the trout fishing on it really gets hot around 3-4am so it was a good little warm up before taking the boat out at 5:30-6am.
