Provide email address at time of booking. 2 bed 2 bath ranch home with living room and sunroom with direct access to fenced in backyard. Washer and dryer. Beautiful back room all windows. 1 mile to beach. Walking distance to Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Kroger, McDonalds. Quiet neighborhood. Straight run to the beach down Atlantic Avenue. $500.00 security deposit listed as Property Fee is refunded after house is inspected for damage, usually same or next day. $150.00 non-refundable pet fees 2 dogs under 30 lbs., must be on flea protection. Check with owner on dogs over 30 lbs. No Pitt Bulls.
