Our lovingly furnished holiday home "Sinja" for up to 5 persons, located in the south of the Weserbergland, offers you the relaxing amenities of cozy and rustic living in a holiday home in the style of a Scandinavian wooden house.

The approx. 70m² are divided into ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining and kitchen area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with adjoining sauna.
Upstairs is another double bedroom, an open gallery and a single bedroom.
Our house is equipped with in-house Wi-Fi, which is available to you during your stay.
It offers a fully equipped kitchen, which you, in addition to the usual features such as stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker u. a. Also offers a dishwasher and extensive dishes.
Due to the successful room layout our house is especially for families with children or z. As well suited for two pairs. In addition, pets are welcome.
Appropriate seating on the hotel's terrace invite you to linger or you can use the barbecue for a cozy barbecue.
Our house "Sinja" is centrally located in the holiday park Extertal directly on the edge of the forest. Not far away is also the house parking lot.

We want you to feel at home with us and welcome you to Ferienhaus Sinja.

Sehr schöne Ferienhäuser

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Extertal und waren von der Umgebung sehr beeindruckt. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders die kleine Sauna und der Kamin runden die Sache ab. Das war nicht das letzte Mal......wir kommen wieder

1/2 Holzhütte im Ferienhausgebiet

Wir hatten mit vier Erwachsenen einen schönen Aufenthalt im Extertal in der Ferienwohnung Sinja. Das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt und uns mit drei Tagen Nieselregen beglückt- dafür war die Wohnung um so gemütlicher. Der Kamin, die Sitzecke und das viele Holz der Inneneinrichtung und eine kleine aber gut ausgestattete Küche haben die Stimmung wieder gehoben. Wir können die Ferienwohnung empfehlen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Es gibt nur einen Parkplatz am Haus - weitere Plätze sind mit etwas Laufen verbunden.
