This modern and chic corner townhome is just steps away from Big Boulder Mountain and Lake.

The perfect place for a peaceful family getaway in the Poconos. Our home has modern furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private deck with picturesque views of the lake and slopes. The deck is furnished with comfortable seating, lighting, and a propane grill (gas included) making it the perfect place to unwind at night. The home has high speed internet, smart TV's, central air, and a wood burning fireplace. No need to pack linens, towels, paper products, or basic toiletries they are all provided for you! Amenity passes for Boulder Lake Club can be purchased at the clubhouse, pricing is featured in the photos. Boulder Lake Club amenities include; an outdoor lakeside heated pool, kiddie pool, large maintained private community beach, a variety of recreational activities including tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladderball, bocce ball and ping pong, boat, kayak and watersport equipment available for rent. Passes must be purchased to gain access to any amenities including the beach. For the winter months you can't get any closer to Big Boulder Mountain! The slopes are only a short 7 minute (0.35miles) walk or 2 minute drive away. Additional Big Boulder Lake Club amenities include tennis courts, volleyball, playground, subsidized boat rentals, and more! The home comes with 2 parking spots and a private walk to the door. Additional spots are available upon request.
We are pet friendly and accept one dog under 25lbs with pet fee.

Family Getaway

This property is very well maintained and EXTREMELY low maintenance. We basically just showed up and everything was ready for us and really well set up, the location was ideal, we were able to take walks in the area, and the excursions we needed to drive to were very close. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for everything. I gave a five for communication but everything was done so well we never needed to even communicate with anyone outside of the check in/check out email.
