PRICING WILL VARY SEASONALLY!... This websites pricing is generated on a nightly basis!.. Quiet 4 bedroom, two and a half bathroom cabin lake house. Sleeps 8. View of lake from the newly renovated sun-room/porch. Located across from the lakes only boat launch! ...We offer to rent while you stay seasonally of course our 2 single person kayaks, 2 person canoe and 4 person paddle boat. We are located across from the boat launch. Walking distance to many amenities, night life, restaurants, ice cream shop, etc....'Come up and enjoy Lake Harmony!
My home is very inviting and relaxing both front and back yard with a great view of the lake from all front bedrooms and front porch that has AC & heat.
New owners of 4 bedrooms, 3 queen beds, and one set of bunk beds...Downstairs there’s a family room with foosball and shuffleboard.
There's a 'gas' fireplace in the living room and gas heater in dining room just in time for the cold Winter weather!.. So, when you get in from a cold day on the slopes, just turn on the fireplace and snuggle up with hot cup of hot chocolate, tea or coffee!.. No need to hassle with messy firewood!!..
Plenty of parking!..1 car garage and driveway has an additional 4 spaces for visitors, boats, jet skis, etc.
The spacious back yard comes complete with a barbecue grill, picnic table, additional seating area with a fire pit and benches. ( Don't forget the marshmallows for the kids ! ). Local store has plenty of firewood to purchase.
Fishing has been great on the lake this season!.. Especially for 'Big mouth Bubba bass!' . Maybe take the kids out one of water craft ~4 person paddle boat, 2~one person kayaks, and 2 person canoe which you can carry down to the boat launch about 100 yards away......There are 4 adult life jackets. Or just take a short walk with the kids down to the lake. NO SWIMMING IS PERMITTED AT THE LAUNCH AREA & THERE'S NO ACCESS TO A BEACH AREA SORRY..
( I provide a key to the boat launch gate..$75.00 deposit required for key if lost)
Winter is fabulous, centered between Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski areas. If that's not enough, ice skating and ice fishing are on the 'to do list' as well!...Want to warm up on those cold winter days?'.. Take a mile drive to Split Rock Lodge's indoor water park ' H20000s!....
All new beds with comforters and blankets. You will need to bring sheets and pillowcases, towels, toiletries, etc. We provide enough amenities to get your vacation started. Plenty of warm blankets! No need to pack extra..
My home has many amenities: WIFI, Cable tv, 12 cup coffee pot ; filters provided, toaster big enough for bagels. Gas grill for grilling, along with grilling utensils and pans.

Place was very relaxing and very clean. We had our 2 dogs with us, it was alot for our older dog with all the steps. Other than that Heather was great. The place had alot to do. Really only dislike was the beds were too firm. Fiancé and I had a great time and will be revisiting in the near future

Beautiful property!

The property is beautiful and so comfortable for our family and our two small dogs. It is close to everything, the area itself is gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back!

Great property!

Property was really nice and clean! Lake views and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The outdoor patio is nice and relaxing. The downstairs gameroom with shuffle board and foosball was quite a hit. Overall highly recommend this property!

We had a relaxing stay at this property! The cabin was newly renovated, clean, and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for activities. Location is convenient to state parks or stay in the neighborhood for lake activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Family weekend

Beautiful, well cared for and very clean home. It had everything we needed for our family weekend! The gift basket was such a nice welcoming touch. We saw so many deer! Great location as home is across from lake and within walking distance of several restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Cozy get away !!

The place was so clean and cozy, it was fun and we had a snowy 3 nights. We seen deer up close and person fed them apples. The shuffle board game made the nights fun!! I will definitely be making another stay here!!!!

First time using Vrbo couldn’t say how easy it was! The property that we rented was exactly what was stated, extremely clean, had everything that u needed to enjoy your stay. Very comfortable and welcoming. Location was great definitely walking distance to restaurants and gift shop. We really enjoyed feeding the deers they visited the property everyday. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Beautiful house/property

The house was absolutely beautiful and furnished very nicely. Plenty of room for 4 adults to sleep. The area surrounding the property was beautiful and we were able to get very close with a herd of deer which was a cool experience. Definitely would look to rent the property again in the future. 10/10

Relaxing

This was the most relaxing vacation I have ever experienced. We had campfires, grilled and fed the deer. The only thing missing was we couldnt enjoy the lake as we hoped as the watersports needed to be carried to the dock and the paddle boat was too heavy to carry. I look forward to going back during the cooler months.

A Knotty Pine Find!

We can not thank homeowner Louise enough for a fun filled week at her grandpa's cabin in the woods of Lake Harmony! We enjoyed the lake house with all the comforts of home~~ She has everything you need for a relaxing time & enjoy all her toys( paddle boat, row boat, canoe) etc .We will be sure to visit again! Perfect 80th Birthday Weekend

There were 8 family members celebrating my dad's 80th birthday. Heather's home was perfect. We had more than enough room for everyone. Heather made my planning process so easy. She was quick to respond to my many questions. Lol The attention to detail of this home is amazing. The backyard is fantastic. We spent alot of time out there. This house is so close to the restuarants and lake. We will definitely be back. I am not even going to waste my time looking at other homes. Thank you Heather for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Louise's cabin! It is rustic, but that's exactly what I wanted. The lake was easily accessible and the deer were always coming onto the property and were a joy to see. I did have a bear come in as well and kind of took my surprise, but I grabbed my little dog and ran inside and watched him from the back porch. He ate all the peanuts that I had on the table and some deer corn. Later that night, we had a bigger one come in behind the cabin as well, but I was well inside by that time! Over all the place was exactly what I was looking for and very peaceful! A great time was had by all and we want to stay here again next year! Louise was a joy to work with and took care of all our questions. A big thank you for making our stay enjoyable! I will miss my little deer friends!

We had an incredible time staying at this lake house! It is a beautiful property inside and out; the house was immaculate and the location could not have been more ideal. We have rented a number of properties around Lake Harmony, and this genuinely may be the best one we've been in!

Ours was a two week stay and like last year we had a wonderful time! Everything from check-in to checking out went smoothly. Heather is quick to get back to you if there is a question. WiFi access is good--my husband was able to work from the house without a problem. The house is quiet, nicely decorated and has pretty much everything you would need during your stay, including a canoe, kayaks and paddle boards. We loved the fact that it’s a short walk to several restaurants—and (unfortunately!) Hog Heaven Ice Cream. Looking forward to our next stay already!

My family is from the Lehighton area. I have always enjoyed going up there to visit as a child. When my aunt inherited this cabin she rented the cabin out for families to enjoy as well. We hope you enjoy the cabin and the area as much as our family has.

Why they chose this property

Lake Harmony has been a beautiful retreat for our family to share for many decades..We have a very quaint, tight knit community at the lake..Many of us have lived here a long time in which we passed down our homes for many generations..Lake Harmony is one of the first established lake communities in the Pocono mountains..You will feel heart-warming upon entering our community!

What makes this property unique

My home will be renovated inside and out. The only thing original is the dining room table that all renters love. We spend a lot of time on the front sun-room in Summer as well in the Winter...We have a glimmer of the lake located across the street...Our property consists of huge Hemlock trees, rhododendron trees, mountain laurel. ferns, etc...The deer are soo tame here you can hand-feed them out in the back yard! They come begging anytime, day or night...Don't forget to bring some extra snacks for them.. It doesn't get any better than this!!!....I promise!!
