Very close to beach, boardwalk and Pierside Amusement Center & Water Park. This unit (unit #3) is beautifully renovated and is now available.

A private deck space is available for your enjoyment. In addition, there is a shared outdoor deck space located at the rear of the building on the 2nd floor with dining tables and grills so your friends or family can enjoy a wonderful time here. Please clean up after using the outdoor space and grill.

*** Build with comfort in mind
Newly installed Mini Split air conditioning and heating system.

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access.

** Guest access:
You will have full access to the entire apartment with two parking hang tags good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Rear 2nd fl deck is a shared space to enjoy with your friends and family.

Other things to note:
If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.

Beautiful and clean

I spent the weekend with our adult children. The space is clean, new, spacious and cozy. Everyone had their own room, but able to all hang out with plenty of space in the living/ kitchen area. Having 2 bathrooms with 7 ppl was essential. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, without being intrusive. I will absolutely book here again. The location is perfect. Across from the center of boardwalk, but a block away so it’s quiet. I highly recommend.

3RD YEAR WEDDING CELEBRATION ON BLAINE AVE

THE PLACE WAS SO NICE AND CLEAN. WE WERE A PARTY OF 8 AND THERE WAS SO MUCH SPACE. 4 BEDROOMS AND A BALCONY TO SEE THE OCEAN VIEW AND FERRIS WHEEL. THE BACK IS A PRIVATE AREA FOR GRILLING AND EATING FAMILY STYLE. SO BEAUTIFUL. SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND BOARDWALK. GREAT PLACE. NEED TO COME BACK.

Always want a property by the beach. Great Location nearby restaurants, boardwalk and beach.

What makes this property unique

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. a long distance. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurants are also within walking distance.
