CLEAN & SPACIOUS VACATION RENTAL JUST 6 HOUSES FROM THE BEACH

WE DO NOT RENT TO PROMS OR GROUPS OF YOUNG ADULTS!
FOR GROUP RENTALS EVERYONE STAYING AT THE PROPERTY MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER
You'll love this 5 bedroom beach house ideal for vacations and weekend get-aways.
Spend your vacation or weekend trip steps from the beach, nightclubs, boardwalk and restaurants. Casino Pier and the Water park are also just a 5-10 minute walk.
All this while you are in our peaceful and relaxing Seaside Heights beach home. The house is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tile or carpeted floors throughout, full kitchen and washer/ outdoor line for drying. Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned as is the living/ dining room. 6 Beach Badges are included with the rental.
SLEEPING SPACES: The 3 larger bedrooms have full size beds. The 2 smaller bedrooms have twin over full bunk beds.
SUNROOM: Enclosed porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails and relaxing, with wood look tile floor, wicker furniture, comfy love seat and large flat screen TV.
KITCHEN: Newly remodeled and is equipped with pots & pans, plates, eating & cooking utensils as well as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cooking range and oven etc...
EATING AREAS: Dining room has seating for 8 people and there is a picnic table in the backyard.
PETS: No Pets allowed and No smoking either.
PARTIES: This is not a party house. Please look elsewhere if you are looking to host a party or family reunion somewhere. We like to rent to responsible, mature people who will treat nicely and with respect.
You will need to bring your own Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels as these are not included.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off Air-conditioners
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$250.00 will be deducted from your security for each Parking Placard that is not returned. $60.00 will be deducted for any beach badge not returned.
Parking in the driveway next to the house is prohibited at all times. No outdoor music or activities after 10 PM. Indoor activities must end at 10PM.
We will not accept a reservation from anyone under 25 years of age. We will accept children under 25 only if they are accompanied by parents.

Long Weekend at Jersey Shore

It was 4 mothers with kids from ages 3-16. We had a great time! Everything was within walking distance. House was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

We were yet again extremely pleased with our stay at Joe’s house. Aside from the excellent location to the beach and boardwalk, the house is perfect for a great beach vacation. Everything was extremely clean and he is so quick to respond to anything from the time you book. There is more than enough room to move around and there is the bonus of beach passes and parking passes! You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. any issues we had, the owner took care of and was super responsive. the location was perfect and while the house might not have had a super comfortable living space, it did not matter because of the spacious yard and porch. who stays inside on a beach vacation anyway!! We would def stay here again.

Joe and his wife were the sweetest! He communicated prior to our arrival and we were greeted upon arrival and departure. The house is adorable with a lot of space and is a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. I highly recommend their house. Thanks again!!!

Owner was great to rent from!

Great location, close to beach and beach badges and parking passes included! House was clean and as advertised. Very easy check in and out, he even saved us a close parking spot on arrival. Window AC units kept the place cool. I did not pay much attention before renting but there is not comfortable sitting room for ten people. Also (as advertised) there was a washer but no dryer. We had a blast and spent most of our time outside anyway!

Great house for family and friends. Backyard with picnic table was a huge plus along with the easy access to the beach. Owner was friendly and quick to respond.
