Die Vorzüge dieser Unterkunft sind klar: abgeschlossenes Grundstück, schöne Böden und Türen, bequeme Betten, elektrische Rolläden, gute Lage zum Zentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Viele Kleinigkeiten, die für uns nicht so schön waren, haben sich leider aufaddiert: keine Außenbeleuchtung, echt blöd, wenn man im Dunkeln kommt oder geht das Treppenhauslicht ist zu kurz geschaltet, man muss sich beeilen, um nicht im Dunkeln auf der Treppe zu stehen sowohl in den Uhren als auch im Dartsautomat waren die Batterien ausgelaufen, diese haben wir ausgetauscht und auch drin gelassen im Spülbecken ging der Verschluss nicht die Spülmaschine schloss nicht richtig und lief aus die Kaffeemaschine war total, der Wasserkocher sehr verkalkt. der Seifenspender tröpfelte und hinterließ eine Lache auf dem Boden keine Duschvorlagen die Pfanne war total verkratzt das Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber die Vorhänge brauchen dringend eine Wäsche der TV hat nur 6 Sender, alle Kroatisch Richtig schade fand ich, dass die Reaktion auf die Beanstandung der Spüle und der Spülmaschine auf uns genervt gewirkt hat und wir hinterher alle der Meinung waren, dass dem nicht nachgegangen wird. Naja, jedenfalls hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass all die aufgezählten Kleinigkeiten nicht da gewesen wären, denn das Haus hat absolut Potential für eine 5 Sterne Bewertung.
