What was portrayed online and what was in reality are two completely different things.
First night the bed broke, washing machine was not in working condition, the light switch in the toilet downstairs had a faulty switch. No clothe rack, iron and ironing and hair-dryer as noted included before we check in.
Has 4 elevators but only two at best working. The lastnight I had to be rescued by the local emergency services as the security of the building wasn't able to assist and no maintenance crew on the site. I got trapped along with a 65 year old with heart condition for 30 to 40 minutes. We were so lucky that a unit owner from the 15th floor have been able to assist in alerting the local emergency services to help. If not for him, I don't know what may happened with us. I have a 23 months old baby and my life was at risk that night.
We were going to let go of the issue because we were asked to me moved but the new unit we moved into is more like being thrown out of the fire into the frying pan. Bathroom substandard at best, cooking appliance was unusable, rooms were so tiny. The only saving grace technically was the air conditioning is working.
The unit owner only compensated us for all the inconvenience for 10% of what we've paid and just a small amount of the transportation cost transferring to our hotel.
We also have discrepancy on the payments bur we can't contact anyone. Contact channel of the stayz.com isn't possible and we've been charged $500 more.
Lesson learned never again choose this place. You've been warned!
