My wife and I received such gracious hospitality from the entire staff!!! Every question and minor issue we communicated to the staff was addressed quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious and well stocked. The breakfast that was brought to our room daily was excellent! The location of the complex could not be better. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. Customer service was excellent, the place was spotless and it was very comfortable. It's also at a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The unit was in fair condition. Paint on the inside of bathroom door was peeling. Toilet seat was not properly secured and sliding around when you sit on it. There was cardboard with duct tape covering a hole in the wall under the bathroom sink. Had to call to request towels upon arrival as there were no towels provided.
