This beautiful holiday home with pool is located in the quiet village of Brgod, above Raki Zaljev and the small fishing village of Trget, and offers you a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The well-kept interior is ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends. Refreshment and relaxation during the summer months can be found in the beautiful outdoor pool. In the evening you can prepare your favourite dishes on the barbecue. The first beaches are in the village of Trget, famous for its excellent fish restaurants. During your stay, you can also visit the historic old town of Labin, where many cultural events take place in summer, and the picturesque town of Rabac. The historic town of Pula with its numerous ancient monuments is about 40 minutes away by car.

Wir hatten wunderbare Urlaubstage in dieser schönen Unterkunft.Die Anlage ist hervorragend gepflegt, der Pool wurde zweimal wöchentlich durch eine Fachfirma gereinigt und es gab sogar eine Außendusche. Die Liegen mit gepolsterten Ausflagen sind sehr komfortabel. Man hat jederzeit komplette Privatsphäre, die Vermieterin steht für Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung, ist ansonsten sehr diskret.Das Häuschen mit Klimaanlage hatte für uns die perfekte Größe. Alles war intakt und sauber.Wir konnten uns sehr wohlfühlen.Besonders praktisch für uns war die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Wir haben folgende Ausflüge während unseres Aufwnthalts gemacht:- Altstadt Labin (besonders empfehlenswert am Abend, da ist alles beleuchtet.- Rabac Hafen- Pizzeria Zara in Barban- Aquapark Istrialandia- Medulin- Markthalle Labin (frisches Obst-Gemüse-Öl-Fisch-Fleisch von Biobauern)- Restaurant RESTORAN PRSTENAC- Domaća istarska kuhinja (super lecker)- Hafen Trget- Restaurant Markus

Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus. Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche als Familie verbracht. Schön ist auch dass es Klimaanlagen und Insektenschutzgitter überall gibt. Der Pool und Garten war sehr gepflegt.Sehr nette Gastgeber, die direkt daneben wohnen. Privatsphäre ist durch die Terrasse, die in die andere Richtung ausgelegt ist, gegeben. Insgesamt eine schöne ruhige Lage. Etwas Abseits, aber mit dem Auto ist man in recht kurzer Zeit in ca. 10-15 min. an den nahegelegensten Stränden oder Orten. Wir sind auch mal weiter zu tollen abgelegenen Buchten gefahren. Wir hatten dann noch ein Ferienhaus woanders gebucht. Wir wären aber auch gern noch länger geblieben.

Die Ruhe und Einsamkeit des Anwesen ist toll.

Die Ruhe und Einsamkeit des Anwesen ist toll. Es ist Aussen und Innen super geflegt und tadellos sauber. Ein wunderschöner und 24 m großer Pool wird mehrmals in der Woche von einer Fachfirma gereinigt und kontrolliert. Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich. Zu allen großen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind es immer so 40 km. Einkaufkaufen kann mann sehr gut in Labin. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen und danken den Vermieterin für schöne 2,5 Wochen.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit Pool

Das Haus fühlt sich an als wäre es ganz neu. Innen wie außen ist es in einem 1a Zustand. Alles schien uns zudem desinfiziert (COVID-19). Vermieter nahmen Corona Prävention (Desinfektionsmittel, Abstand) sehr erst. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter (integrierte Rollos) und Klappläden mit verstellbaren Lamellen (toll!). Zudem haben beide Schlafzimmer und der Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenraum jeweils eigene, moderne Klimaanlagen. Betten sind schmal und Matratzen für Menschen, die es eher etwas härter mögen. Handtücher (klein) waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden (nur für Bad). Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren von guter Qualität und in gutem Zustand. Sie wurden zudem nach 1 Woche getauscht. Küche war neuwertig, wesentliche Werkzeuge vorhanden (auch Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Panini-Maler (kein Toaster), Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kochgeschirr, usw). Alles war picobello sauber, Betten bezogen, man konnte sofort mit dem Urlaub starten. Das gleiche gilt für den Außenpool, der sich während unseres Aufenthaltes von 26 Grad auf 29 Grad erwärmte (keine Heizung, nur durch die Sonne) und mehrfach gewartet wurde. Gartenmöbel und Polster waren von guter Qualität und in Ordnung. Garten ist noch im Entstehen, daher nicht vergleichbar mit eingewachsen Gärten anderer Häuser. Vermieter wohnen im Nebenhaus, sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und vor allem NICHT aufdringlich. Sie haben 5 Hühner und 1 Hahn an deren Grundstücksende, die sehr zurückhaltend waren (Hühner gibt es in der entfernteren Nachbarschaft zahlreich) und uns nicht gestört haben. Es wird Englisch gesprochen. In der Nachbarschaft kann man selbstgemachten Wein und Olivenöl von Privat kaufen (Geschmacksache). Die kleine Straße nennt sich daher selbstbewusst "strada del vino". Kleine Anregungen: Größere Duschhandtücher (für innen) Gemütlichere Beleuchtung (nur sehr helle LED-Lampen) im Haus
