New & Cozy : 7 beds/5.5bath/ bbq and a nice corner

Cozy with large rooms and leisure for everyone, for 16 guests. Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Barbecue, Pick & Play and a nice view of the garden in the background. A quiet place for rest days with many facilities in the surroundings and just a few miles from the main Disney Parks (13 to 18 miles). Enjoy family days with us and enjoy our swimming pool (facing northwest) with a large garden at the back giving you excellent privacy.
Welcome and it will be a pleasure to welcome you to our house!

Family. vacation

We had a wonderful time. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hope next time we wiil, my family enjoyed the space and being spread out. The bottom line is that we enjoyed all aspects of our stay. I want to thank the host for being attentive prior to our arrival we look forward to next time thanks to all again.

The first night March 13th - hot tube did not have specific instructions regarding how to heat the hot tub. After a phone call we were then told how to get the water in the hot tub warm. The ice maker in the kitchen fridge was not making ice at all. It seems there was even water in it. The master bathtub has only Luke warm water. The shower is very hot and steams up the mirror. The bathtub wouldn't even get warm with hot water only. The was an alarm on the back door that went off every time you opened it to go in and out to the pool which was not mentioned in the details of the house. The traffic getting in/out of the subdivision was not good nor mentioned in the specifications of the house.

Our history as a host in this ad and in the other ad on my profile, point to reality. Unfortunately, we have difficult guests. This guest even managed to dirty a QUEEN comforter so much that I had to discard it and replace it with a new one. I do not recommend this guest to the VRBO community under any circumstances. The guest never contacted me and never answered any of my messages or questions within VRBO. I called her a few times on VRBO, even before check-in, but she never got back to me. It is very strange that she came to complain and never contacted us. Note: traveling to Orlando on a holiday like Spring Break and complaining about car traffic in her comment is indeed curious. Perhaps another destination would have served her better. Unfortunately, as a host, I have no control over this. About the alarm on the door to the pool: this is a LAW IN FLORIDA due to the high rate of child drownings in the state, and since we are upright, we follow this according to the Law. And, it is so easy to disarm. It's a shame you didn't respond to me in the chat, I could have helped you. Shower with very hot water? If you had contacted me, I would have taught you how to turn on the cold water tap. All you had to do was turn on the tap on the cold water side. If you had responded to me on VRBO and explained your difficulty, my guidance on how to turn the tap would have made a big difference in your having a comfortable shower. I'm sorry for your difficulties. But your lack of commun

Wonderful and Clean Cozy Home

Our family just returned from a wonderful vacation stay at this home. I was very pleased when we walked in the front door, and smelled a fresh clean space! The bedrooms were well appointed with comfy mattresses and clean fresh linens. The kids especially loved the princess room, and creative tasteful kid-friendly decorations. Bathrooms were clean and nicely arranged. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishware, and their was plenty of seating for our large family. Our experience with the host/owner was positive from start to finish. We we're impressed with how quickly they responded to questions or messages, and kept in communication - ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. We can't wait to plan our next trip, and hopefully to return in the near future!
