This luxury oceanfront home has everything you need for a perfect stay in Garden City Beach! Dramatic views of the Atlantic are just the beginning of an unforgettable vacation at this newly remodeled home!

This home was designed for vacationing families in mind, 5 bedrooms each with private full bathrooms!

There are 3 Master Bedrooms all with King beds and incredible ocean views, fully updated bathrooms with walk-in showers and double vanities!

The First level has one Master Bedroom and the Bunk Bed room.The Second level has 2 King Bedrooms and Queen Room

The large saltwater pool sits beachfront and is surrounded by a lush private area for outdoor cooking and entertaining! There are 3 rinse off areas, 2 outside showers, one fully enclosed. There's a covered porch on the first level as well as a shaded picnic area on the pool deck under the walkway.

Chefs will love the brand new fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, prep sink, beverage cooler and a 36" range!

All sheets and bath towels are included in the weekly rate. We provide soft soap in all the bathrooms, dish detergent, trash bags, "starter" toilet tissue & paper towels. We also provide beach chairs, sand toys and charcoal grill! Guest to bring all supplies for their weekly stay as well as beach towels!

The location can't be beat! You're just minutes from all the action the Grand Strand has to offer - from world-famous seafood and world-class golf to beautiful scenery and wet & wild water sports!

Murrells Inlet is a hidden gem with a small town beach-vibe also known as the "Seafood Capital of SC" - Offering boatloads of fun including Marshwalk's spectacular waterfront dining experience! Stroll the boardwalk, enjoy nightly entertainment, dine on the waterfront and enjoy the endless Inlet views! The beach house is just minutes to shopping, restaurants, marinas and the many attractions and entertainment up and down the Grand Strand!

Accommodations for up to 14 guests for vacationing families (Max 8 adults & 6 Kids). Maximum number of Adult Only Groups is restricted to 10. Age restriction is 25 years and older - strictly enforced!

Parking for 6 cars. No large parties, gatherings or events! Check-in is 4:00 pm check-out is 10:00am. No early check-ins during peak season(May - September).

POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $350.00/week. Please note that the pool has a jetted area but it is not a designated hot tub - the water temp is the same throughout.

The roof top deck is closed to guests for safety reasons!

TOWELS THAT ARE INCLUDED: 1 Bath towel & 1 wash cloth/guest, Hand towels in each bathroom and bathmats. Reminder to bring Beach Towels!

The house was lovely; there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The saltwater pool was wonderful. The location was perfect. There were tons of chairs and floats and pool side lounges. The host was on top of things. We all enjoyed our stay greatly!

Awesome Family Beach House!

The house is beautiful with great ocean front views. The location is perfect with a wonderful family friendly and clean beach. There are several restaurants near the home and only about a 15 minute drive to Murrels Inlet and about 30 min to the Myrtle Beach area. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others!!

Family vacation

12 of us ages 10-79 had a fabulous time in the ocean the pool and just relaxing by the pool on lounge chairs. Lots of outdoor seating for everyone. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous comfy roomy home with fabulous kitchen with every amenity for cooking. Would highly recommend this home for the perfect family vacation.

Wonderful

This house was wonderful for my husband and I , we invited our 4 children, spouses and children, the house had beach chairs, beach toys, kitchen supplies, the house was spacious and had everything you would want. The heated pool was ok. I thought it would be a little warmer. The rooms were excellent and it was great for everyone to have to have their own bathroom, I am already thinking of next year 😘

Great house for multiple families

I've been going to Garden City beach with my family as long as I can remember. We've always booked through the same agency. As our families have grown, the need for specific rooms and amenities have changed. We weren't able to find a suitable house this year through our usual agency so we decided on this house through VRBO. What a difference it made. Since VRBO homes rely so much on reviews, the level of cleanliness, supplies and communication become much more important and this house does not disappoint. I've gotten use to houses that are just ok and not fully accurate with their pictures and descriptions. This house was very different. I wish I would've believed the description more than I did because the house truly includes everything you could need and I would've saved myself a lot of van space for the drive down. All the supplies for the beach and pool that you could need were included and in very good condition. The pool furniture was plentiful and very nice as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms were by far the nicest we've had since we started coming down here. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront Beauty

Jan and Eddie knocked it out of the park again! This is our third year staying in one of their properties but our first time in this beachfront beauty and we will 100% be back! We spent a week over my kids’ spring break enjoying the heated pool and large beach. The house is fully equipped with anything you might need and it satisfied the needs of all of us - ages 2 to 75 and everything in between. Each room has a large tv with streaming access, private bathrooms, and ample space. The carport storage unit has anything you would need for the beach or pool so you don’t need to pack your own gear. Also, you are close enough to Myrtle Beach to enjoy the activities but also close to Murrells Inlet where you can hit up some of the best restaurants in town. We ventured to Pawleys Island too, which is only about 20-30 minutes away. Perfect location! I can’t say enough good things about the Pinney’s properties. Thanks for sharing your homes with us!

Great Gamily Get Away

What an amazing find this home was for our vacation with our adult children and my elderly mom. The interior design of the house is beautiful. It is light and airy and makes you feel like the beach has come inside with you. And it has been perfectly outfitted. Over the course of our stay there was not a single thing we needed that wasn’t available. This included everything from jumbo pots and bowls to handle a crab boil, to plenty of pillows and throw blankets, to beach chairs, sand toys to hair dryers; and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. While we only had adults, we noticed a pack and play with a temperpedic mattress, plenty of beach toys, and bunk beds, which made us realize as our adult children have children, this is a house we could continue to return to in the future. We used to visit the Myrtle beach area frequently, but this was our first time staying in Murrells Inlet. The lack of condos and high rises limited the crowds and made the beach more private and quiet. Being on the southern end of MB gave our golfers easy access to courses from Conway to Litchfield and Pawleys Island and that access extended to all our favorite restaurants and attractions throughout the area. Our hosts were readily available to answer questions and accommodate our last minute request to heat the pool after we arrived. It was an amazing week and we will be back to stay in the future.

The only complaint I have about this property is the road noise. The cars go up and down this road all night long and the later in the evening, the more racing the cars do. I have absolutely no complaint about the house or the host - both were great!

Great Beach House

This house was perfect for our extended family beach vacation. The three king bedrooms was ideal for us and our two adult children. And the bunkbeds worked for our four grandsons. The house was very clean and well furnished. We really appreciated the quality of the beach chairs. Communication with Jan was excellent. We would definitely return again.

We had a wonderful family vacation. We found the house to well furnished and maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. Really liked having all the linens provided as well as beach chairs and pool / ocean toys. Jan and Ed personally checked out the house before we arrived and they were responsive anytime we had questions. We absolutely recommend this place and hope to come back next year.

Unplugged For Sure

The name of the property is Unplugged, and that is exactly what you get when you are at this beautiful home. Steps away from the beach this house offers all the comforts of home. The pool area is relaxing and the whole house offers a wonderful place to unwind and unplug. Kitchen is fully stocked as well as the pool/beach shed which offers many chairs, umbrellas and toys. I would look to stay here again in the future!

Family Vacation

Thank you so much for a wonderful week at your beautiful vacation home! My family stated this was their favorite beach house and location to date!! Ya'll have done a great job on all the updates and decor. The pool area is so big and great shade! Everything was clean and very well stocked. Setting up the packnplay for us was so nice and the added touch of a crab stuffie and a pool float was a thoughtful touch for the kids!
