The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a den room downstairs with a pull out sofa bed. The main bedroom has a queen bed and WIC , the 2nd room has 2 twins the 3rd a single twin. Downstairs, is the living room, a kitchen/dining room with seating at the bar too, den, bathroom and screened in porch. There is also a mud/utility room and finished basement serving as a kids play area.

In the large grassy yard there is a two story space currently set up as wfh office adjacent to the pool, this also has internet.
The large deck has ample room for outside dining and is provisioned with table, chairs and a grill.

It's a 4 minute walk to main street where you will find lovely shops and basics like the grocery store. A 15 minute walk to the marina and ferry over to HoHum beach (an amazing private beach on Fire Island which you get to by ferry (for residents and guests only).

Includes: towels (bath and beach), bed linens. Kitchen has toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.

SORRY - NO pets or parties/large gatherings at the house.
