About this property

Beautiful newer construction loft that offers 640 sq. feet of open floor plan. The loft sits above our two and a half detached car garage, over 130 feet from the main house. The loft offers a full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, toaster, iron and a washer/dryer. Enjoy our complimentary farm-fresh eggs in the morning. Our property is on 1.14 acres so you have space and privacy in your 2nd story paradise. If you have children they are welcome to play in the "island". Beach chairs/umbrella also provided. Restaurants and Publix within a mile.

Affordable and Very Comfortable

The apartment was as described. Bed, furniture and linens were clean and comfortable. Full size appliances would be great for a long stay. We stayed 3 nights. The apartment is on a very quiet street, but the quiet street is accessed from very busy streets. We met the owners who were wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this rental property.
