What makes this property unique
My family and I cherish this home and neighborhood. When we aren't enjoying the home ourselves, we open the home to a minimum frequency of one rental every 30 days in order to preserve the neighborhood from disruptive STR activity. This also helps us preserve the home's immaculate condition which our guests appreciate. Inquiry about private dock.
